Known for more than producing industry leading custom sportfishing boats, our long-established Intracoastal Waterway location offers a full-service boatyard featuring repair, mechanical, and paint services. We have a cradle-to-grave philosophy about the boats we build; we design and build them, insure and service them, and when the time comes to sell, we find great owners and crews to take care of them. As a result of this philosophy, Merritt's evolved into a vertically integrated organization, establishing a supply company, an insurance firm, and a yacht brokerage.

Merritt Supply, a wholesale marine supply company, has fully stocked facilities in Pompano Beach and West Palm Beach, serving the needs of the marine, aviation, and specialty manufacturing sectors throughout the world. Smith-Merritt Insurance is based at the boatyard and remains a leader in marine insurance for all boat sizes, specializing in the sportfishing boat marketplace. We offer a full-service yacht brokerage with a team of knowledgeable agents and staff that are second to none.
