Merritt’s Boat and Engine Works is a full-service boatyard operating on the intracoastal waterway just ½ mile south of Hillsboro Inlet. For more than 75 years, we have been serving boats and their discerning owners, ensuring they can stay on the water and enjoy their boats. We operate 100-ton and 70-ton travel lifts to haul most any vessel up to 90 feet safely. Our dedicated, experienced workforce is made up of some of the finest craftsmen, mechanics, carpenters, marine painters, and machinists on the coast.
